Preseason good is the secret of a Super Season.

The cycling season due to inactivity winter months where our body is adapting gradually to training loads without having to force much more than necessary to get it. This translates into a season with fewer injuries by improving muscle strength, coordination and balance of the body to strengthen the entire muscular system, as well also a greater ability to plan peaks form to have a good basis on is achieved to make several "minitemporadas" (microcycle) in a season and increased ability to maintain high performance over time. TAULER CYCLING bought a Wattbike!

The Wattbike gives us the possibility to carry out some physiological measurements, which help us to define the training parameters for each athlet. Using different tests we can measure the heart frequencies, use those to plan the training units, the watts measures (Medium and Maximum), the symmetry of the legs (%) and the power of the legs.
