The sports resistance of an athlete depends on the training methods and applications used to reach the personal goals and success! We are sure that in most cases integral or personal directed methods have to be used, covering a lot of possibilities of improving resistance considering the weaknesses and inefficiency! Our objective is to create a training environment adapted to the necessities of the athlete, in order to reach the aimed performance and help to improve the abilities through professional assessment!
